Dr. Roe was almost 45 minutes late to my appointment and didn’t apologize or even acknowledge. Very rude. The staff scheduled an appointment several months out for a follow up and scheduled it on Labor Day 2021. When I asked if they were going to be open that day their response was “I don’t know”. They drew blood for blood work. I hadn’t heard back so I called more than two weeks later to see if the results were ready and was told “we just got them back”. Dr Roe is great! She listens and reviews all aspects of concerning health points thoroughly. She has been my endo dr for a few years and has kept my health issues very stable. I love her! Her office is a bit far from where I live but definitely worth the drive and the office does virtual so that is a great convenience as well. I refer people to her and highly recommend her!
Wow. I am very surprised by some of the negative reviews on here. I experienced just the opposite. I found Dr Roe to be very engaging and very thorough during both of my appointments. Even after, when I was in need of a refill on my prescription, I just called and had no problems at all.
I never leave reviews on Google; however, I couldn’t let this go without reviewing this doctor. I made an appointment with this doctor because I was in great need of getting answers for my insulin resistance. From the moment she walked into my room in her office, she never said “hello, Hi, I’m Dr Roe, How are you etc.”, but instead, her first words were “put on your mask”. Where do I began? Dr. Roe is horrible! The front office staff is nice and hardworking. I visited Dr. Roe’s office and completed all of the at home tests. When the results came in Dr. Roe stated there was inflammation in my thyroid and that was it! I called several times asking for more information and some advice on what to do to get rid of the inflammation. After several months, I gave up and contacted my PCP and asked for another referral.
