I’ve been a patient of Dr. Clements since 2018. She is personable, patient and MOST importantly she REALLY listens. That’s extremely important to me, especially as I ascend in age. I’m forever grateful to Dr. Clements for her willingness to stop and research my specific symptoms, assisting in my subsequently getting diagnosed properly.
I have been going to Dr. Clements for a few years now and I’ve never had issues until recently this year. I trusted her and Monica to just take care of me, the best that they could healthwise. Now Monica has been lying to me, and I have a witness. I have been speaking with higher management for WILLIS-KNIGHTON who agree with me that Monica was wrong. But I blame Dr. Clements for not taking control of her practice and she should have not allowed for her staff to treat patients that way because I definitely will tell the truth... read more
