If you’re someone who already struggles with going to the dentist, this might not be the place for you. I was met with judgment instead of care. The dentist’s attitude shifted once she examined my mouth—suddenly it was scolding, shaming, and not at all patient-focused. I don’t think anyone should be made to feel worse about their dental health when they’re finally trying to get help. I walked out without accepting the treatment plan. Disappointing experience.
Rude, condescending, and made me extremely uncomfortable with the way she spoke to me. One of the worst bedside manners out of any Dr I’ve ever encountered. Her front desk staff and dental assistant were really nice, she’s the only reason I will never return to her dental office.
