I love her, but she's short handed on staff, hard to get an appointment, cancels appointments at last minute sometime while you are there, wait times are out of this world (2hours and longer), and she has no plan in place for emergencies. If you need a refill on an important drug there is no plan in place to even to let you know if she has had an emergency so you could plan to get your prescription. Wish her office could pull it together as she is a very compassionate doctor.
I wouldn’t even give one star. This lady is the exact opposite of what a doctor should be. I’ve called repeatedly for refills. The pharmacy has called repeatedly. We haven’t received any response at all. I experienced withdrawal already for one medication and the rest are gone today. A doctor is supposed to help you, not cause harm! Mind you, these are not narcotics.
Wait was on the longer side but well worth it. Never had a doctor that provides this level of care in past and I felt she genuinely cared about listening to what I wanted to say abd she made me feel my concerns and symptoms were being listened to but also skillfully managed and addressed the problems I came in with and for which I initially scheduled the appointment about
