My wife saw Dr Sowell since her regular doctor was on vacation. Dr. Sowell was completely ineffective and could offer nothing to ease her pain. We were out of the office in 5 minutes. Would not use this doctor again.
Office called refills into wrong pharmacy. Does not return communication about refills in a timely manner. Stated that my family member needed in person visit for refills, which we were not told before, as we did video visits and office refused to refill blood pressure medication to tide us over until in person visit. Left us without proper medicine. Shameful.
Good doctor. Answers all of my concern and will reply to my messages on Mychart within the day. Don't really have to wait at all when I have virtual visits. He is to the point and just does what is required. If you are looking for a doctor that is very compassionate and will spend 1 hour with you thoroughly going through everything -he is not the one for you.
Pleasant and helpful. Asked thoughtful questions. I would recommend.
