I had Dr. Skates repair a chipped front tooth, he did a great job and you can't even see the repair. Thank you for the help.
Nov 2022 had gold cap come off a molar. Dr, Skates re-cemented with x-rays & limited exam total charged under $65.00 w/ insurance card. While flossing mid Feb 2023 (new insurance w/ UHC, PPO plan) popped off another gold cap on a different molar. Gave all UHC,PPO information to office staff well before Feb. visit without being told they no longer are "in network" w/ UHC,PPO" due to payments being extremely slow (although they do have a note on the reception desk).
