Doctor Eric Grana canceled my appointment the afternoon before my schedule appointment. The week before they rescheduled the appointment. I had made the appointment months before, I also pre checked in filling information which took me over 45 minutes to fill,, including my insurance etc. I had talked also many times to his staff.
