I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Erika Ruiz! She has been a caring, proactive family doctor to me for approximately 7 years. Her office manager, Irma, has been extremely responsive to any issues to both my husband and me.
I would be easier to communicate with the Wizard of Oz! The worst staff. Frightening that anyone's health is in this office's trust.
Office staff is horrendous! It takes 5-6 calls to get anyone to call back. Getting a referral is next to impossible. Dr. Ruiz is wonderful and that's the only reason I keep coming back but I'm starting to reconsider this.
