I have been seeing Dr. Gross for a number of years. I always find her to be on time and thorough. My prescription for my glasses has always improved my vision. I highly recommend Dr. Gross.
Dr. Gross explains stuff well and has a calm demeanor. Would recommend.
I do not normally write reviews for poor experiences, but I am writing this in hopes that another person avoids the same things that happened to me. I have gone to Dr. Gross at least three times, but due to the following experience in tandem with the Doctor’s extremely condescending attitude, I will not be returning. Dr. Gross has been my optometrist for a number of years. Each year, her attention to detail and the care of service she provides has been fantastic. Her receptionist is efficient, polite and service minded. She also did the impossible task of training me on using contact lenses as a first time user. This is a first rate doctor/practice and its located in Costco/Norwalk, CT. Very convenient. You won't regret visiting!
