Dr call is very passive aggressive and doesn't listen to her patients. I left without turning back. Bws decision I ever made for my mental health.
some staff members belittle clients/family of clients
This Dr is saposed to care she is a mental health dr. An I get it we all get sick but for u to not give me my meds to fill the 10 day gap until my appointment. Very poor customer service. The nurse was rude to me and wouldn't let me speak again while I was in crisis they refused me my meds for 10 days then refused to see me anymore bc i was upset and said a cuss word and Floyd's way to deal with it is to not see me at any of their facilities. Shame on yall. Now I am dr less and only have a month worth of meds thanks floyd
