I have been waiting for this appointment for over 2 months. I filled out all my paperwork online and checked in a day in advance. I arrived 15 minutes early at 1:45PM to find a sign saying the parking lot was full and to drive to the parking garage instead. The parking garage is 1/4 mile away.
