I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Eric and his team! From the moment I arrived, I was met with professionalism and warmth. Dr. Eric was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. His kindness and attention to detail truly set him apart.
My daughter’s appt was for 2:30pm. At 2:45pm she had not been seen and the staff didn’t know where the doctor was. She had to leave to get to work. Pretty unprofessional. If that appt was available, there should be someone there to see her. She had a short window between school and work to see the eye doctor.
Dr. Wehrenberg unfortunately was sick on the day I was to visit so I saw Dr. Shoner and she was equally as fabulous as Dr. Wehrenberg is! She was very thorough and was very knowledgeable when explaining the procedure to proceed with cataracts! I highly recommend visiting either of them!
Dr. Wehrenberg is an exceptional ophthalmologist. I had a number of questions regarding vision protection as it relates to contact supports and family history. He was patient with all of my questions and kind in his responses.
As always Dr Wehrenberg is professional, informative and caring. I always enjoy my visit with him and value his professionalism and kind personality.
