They flagged my review and had it removed because I was honest. Don’t go here. It’s not the doctors (Dr.Julie and Dr.Eric are amazing) it’s the hospital. It’s a corporation that has no business being in mental health. Your treated like a number by the receptionist, and everyone else you come in contact with besides the doctors. They drop the ball on refills so you can’t get your antidepressants and you have to start withdrawing but the receptionist “yati “ doesn’t care if you need your meds or not. After Meeting with Julie we will not be returning here. I brought my daughter here because it was listed as adolescent behavior health services, Julie made my daughter feel worse when we left and even made her cry. It felt more like a interrogation than help, she said that the cause of my daughter's bad grades were because of "parenting failures" and she said we had to much going on for them to help us. 0 stars it it were possible. I was misdiagnosed 10 years ago by the Van Schoors and even after multiple meetings they never re-evaluated me… for 10 years! Not only this but when it came to medication I had many issues, one of which was that when I brought a possible side effect to Julie Van Schoor’s attention instead of listening she upped my medications. 0 Stars if applicable. They didn't even bother calling me to let me know that "unfortunately, you need more help than what we can provide." After I had been calling them for a month and working with my insurance, they didn't even have the decency to call me. I understand when people commit themselves just to get someone to listen to them, why is it this hard? This place totally disregarded me and my mental health and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
