I love going to Dr. Hicks. He is so compassionate about his job. I went to Dr. Dill when Dr. Hicks was unavailable and he was just as great!! The office staff is awesome. Everyone in that office is great! I will never stop going there until they quit practicing!! When you have a problem, they will squeeze you in. #1 Top notch dentist office!
I switched to this office after having a dentist who gave me a filling every time he cleaned my teeth. After 5 years of coming here, I have never needed a filling! They are great with my kids, kind and professional. The staff is so kind too!! I Recently had a TMJ emergency and they squeezed me in right away, rushed to make me a splint for my mouth and fit me in to pick it up. They are just all around great people.
Excellent, friendly service. I always feel so well taken care of at this office. They are amazing with kids and treat everyone with care and respect. I'd recommend this dentist to anyone, especially families!
Front office is terrible. Was having an issue after just being seen the day before. Not only could they not relay the correct message to the dentist, the wouldn’t even let me finish saying that I was allergic to a certain antibiotic before they hung up on me. I’m 41 years old and have been going there since I was a kid. I’m done!!!
