Terrrible! Waited 45 minutes after my appointment to get in. Dr was disengaged, talking to associates about other customers when doing the retests. Overall a terrible experience and to end the appointment they tried to make me pay more than what was quoted. Do not go here! Many better choices.
That was awful. I felt churned through, like they couldn't get me out of there fast enough. Did not help me understand my insurance. I think they got my copay wrong. They didn't help me understand what "deals" I was getting on contacts and glasses. Not showing me any price comparison. Update: Still bad experience. Thank god they let me return the unopened contacts (90 day return period). Just don't come here in the first place though.

While the admin/staff (I don't remember her/his/their name) was spectacular and friendly, the optometrist was skewd toward rude; he made me uncomfortable. For multiple times I tried to create a professional and friendly communication, throughout the process, but he was very dismissive, ignorant, and looking down on me. It easily caused him to get edgy when I said I cannot see the whole screen in front of me and made a blatant comment about adjusting the device for vision measurement.
