Dr. Strauss is very caring and thorough. He listens and explains details of the treatment needed.
Listen, he did not come off as the friendliest doctor looked very serious BUT he knows what he does and that’s what matters. He assessed my hand pain and treated me accordingly. He explained everything in detail which made me comfortable to proceed. If you’re looking for someone to be super sweet and warm , not your guy. Someone who knows how to treat you and gets things done , definitely your guy. I didn’t care much about his demeanor bc ppl have bad days and also I came to him for my hands not to meet a new bestie.
