Dr. Strauss fully explains verbally and visually what the issues are including solutions. He is trustworthy, caring, and extremely knowledgeable.

Care was prompt and thorough, and I feel like I am on the road to recovery. I am extremely satisfied with my experience.
The wait was about 45 minutes I was able to have my wife on the phone who was also a patient of Dr Strauss which was good. The injection in one hand was very painful but the injection in the other hand didn't hurt.. He told me to watch my blood sugar since I received a steroid which showed he was aware of my history ar a type 2 diabetic. Hopefully the injection will work. If not I hope I will be knocked out if I need the surgery which he did not explain in detail.
My experience is very good and very helpful. All staff was very helpful and the doctor as well.
I was very fearful not knowing what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was courteous and efficient and the visit went smoothly. I have a friend with a similar problem and is waiting to find out my results of the steroid injections. I would highly recommend Dr. Strauss if my thumb conditions significantly improve. It would be helpful if the location of the building was better explained.
I enjoyed Dr Strauss' humor it helped easy the worry about my surgery. Very pleasant
