The experience I had yesterday was rare. I went to urgent care and they did nothing but take my money and give a prescription for antibiotics. I needed a simple procedure. I dove to Dr. Suffer office to see if he could help me. The office assistant was so helpful not only did she make an appointment but checked with the doctor if he could get me in that day. Story short after waiting awhile I was able to get in that day and get the procedure done to alive my pain. I can't recommend this type of service, rare today, enough.
From the entry door to the exam room, we experienced a very pleasant environment throughout our visit. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Dr. Soffer was very patient, thorough and conscientious throughout our visit. He asked questions, answered our questions, provided diagnoses, suggested and provided necessary treatment.
