I highly recommend both Dr. Trathen,DPM and his team. The staff are consistently pleasant and competent. The waiting area and exam rooms are spotless. Dr. Trathen always has provided outstanding care in the highest professional manner.
Called yesterday, spoke to Samantha - lovely and helpful - obtained an appointment today...the next DAY!!! What a nice experience. The staff, as others noted, are delightful. Doc was wonderful, caring, interested, knowledgable, to the point and just a nice guy. He was as anxious as I was for me to be able to do the somewhat strenuous activities I like to do. GREAT DOCTOR, STAFF IS VERY PLEASANT COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER DOC!!
Dr. Trathen rebuilt my metatarsal Arch and corrected 4 hammer toes on my left foot. Not only was the surgery successful (no problems after 4 years), I had no pain or discomfort immediately after the surgery. (even upon leaving the recovery room). I even had to ask if he actually did the surgery, for I felt no discomfort, other than the basketball bandage on my foot.
Dr Trathen is amazing! After a trauma with me foot, he tried to save my toe when other doctors would have just amputated. He took such great care of me and everything is fantastic now! HIGHLY recommend him!
Great experience! Warm greeting from office staff - as if they remembered me, not sure if they even really did - lol. Dr Trathen is very very personable, takes as much time as you need to go over things, follows up more than other surgeons I've dealt with, no issues at all. HIGHLY recommend!
