As in all accidents, they can be pretty traumatic. In my case, I was involved in an unfortunate accident that, at the time I believe I was going lose two fingers on my left hand. Dr. Chan helped remove a tumor like cyst/lump on my left parotid gland and I was so happy with the result. I followed Dr. Chan's advise and had the whole parotid gland removed so now I have the peace of mind that it won't turn cancerous in the future. During the surgery Dr. Chan was friendly and he did his best to comfort me by chatting with me. The surgery was totally painless. The only pain was the psychological pressure before the surgery from myself. I highly recommend Dr. Chan.
I (Joel M.) went to Dr Chan to help a problem with a pre broken finger that happen many many years ago. I did not have pain but was a little tender when carrying things and was more of a cosmetic reason I went to him. He operated on it and after the surgery the finger has had constant pain that has not gone away (Now 12 months plus later) plus is more swollen then ever.
