Life-changing results! Knee issues caused by pickleball had been getting worse over the past ten years. Within a few weeks of working with Brian for an hour three days a week, I experienced noticeable improvement. I now have less pain, more mobility, can play longer, and have less recovery time.
The reason why I rated 1 star it's because of the staff looking for trouble to take both us away. They treat us like we are dumpsters. It's what we do. I do not like how they complain about the house. so unacceptable for these services. At least I am in different services now.

The environment is unlike going to a gym, which I very much appreciate. Bryan Is an awesome trainer and instructor with so much knowledge that he’s always willing to share.
