I always expierence genuine care at the Royersford Dentist. Dr. Pastor has a calming temperament and is always very gentle and friendly. The hygienists are very knowledgable and take the time to explain things to me. The rest of the staff is friendly and accommodating.
Dr. Pastor and his staff were very friendly and professional. I received a thorough first time treatment. My favorite staff member was Utley. So cute.
Like many people, I get anxious about going to the dentist, so I really appreciate the care and attention that I get at this office. When I've had trouble following a regime or with an appliance, the doctor and his staff have been ready with alternatives that do work for me. Instead of doing a very tough cleaning every six months, for example, I now go through a much easier procedure every four months. In emergencies, too, this dental office has really been there for me and for my husband.
The team at The Royersford Dentist are true professionals. Efficient, always on time, and always able to explain every step of the work they do in terms I can understand. From the moment I walk in the door and am greeted to the time I leave, I don't feel like a patient, or a customer --- I am treated like family.
