Dr. Eric Padegimas is top notch, both as a surgeon and a human being. Excellent communicator, relatable, supreme medical and surgical training and always available for question in follow-up. As a physician myself and having undergone two previous rotator cuff surgeries, I would recommend Eric to anyone, especially those seeking a doc with the surgical competency required for a complex revision such as mine.
