I had sharp pain for almost a year. Initial surgical consult with someone else said I wasn't a surgical candidate. I had 2 spinals with a pain doctor that didn't work and many months of physical therapy and chiropractic visits that accomplished little. I was persistent; and visited Dr Roget. After another visit to the pain Dr for an injection to diagnose further; he told me he could help me. A short 6 weeks later I had outpatient surgery at Buffalo general and I haven't felt that pain since

Dr. Roger is an amazing, gifted doctor. He assessed my situation fully and then offered his suggestions. He explained the surgery needed and answered all of my questions with patience and compassion. My surgery was a huge success. I was immediately pain free (except for the obvious surgical discomfort, which was nothing compared to what I had been living with). I always recommend Dr. Roger to friends in need.

I recently had surgery with Dr. Roger I was very nervous given I avoided surgery for years. Dr. Roger, Neil, Joulet and the staff are very friendly and helpful with all my questions and concerns before and after my surgery. I can't thank him enough for all they have done

Had to have bone spur removed from spine that started at S1 all the way up to L2 and Dr. Roger removed the whole spur and fused L4/L5 to make sure it does not grow back. He has great bed side manner and very easy to talk to and understand. He will be doing all my spine surgeries and any other ones that I may need . Excellent dr and surgeon compared to the best in the area I would choose him first !!!!!!!!!!
