Staff usually will not call back when when your medicine is out and you are waiting on them to contact insurance for approval. I take necessary medicine to function and am suffering. Been waiting almost a week. The staff and doctors do not care.
I would not recommend anyone to go to this pain management center. They never answer the phone and when they call you back the women at the front desk are hateful. My son was seen by them and he needs his medical records to get back to work as soon as possible are he will lose his job, but their hatefully telling him that he is going to have to wait ten business days and all his other doctors had his records in the same day. He is a master of reading people and helping there quality of life far as pain relief and management!! Would recommend him ten out of ten!!
I was a patient of Dr. Loudermilk for 3 years. I can count on 1 hand the # of times I actually saw him and not one of his P.A.’s. I was met with judgment on day 1 which should have deferred me to leave but I did not unfortunately. I have multiple incurable chronic pain syndromes yet each one he refused to treat with anything other than MATs that were 100% unwarranted. I like Dr. Loudermilk as the doctor/technician he is. His aim with the ESI needle is accurate and I get the expected results. I do not like the administration at Piedmont Comprehensive Pain Management Group. I find them non responsive, not returning phone calls when they say they will. Telephone nurse was a bit arrogant. I am left with the feeling that the patient comes third following company convenience and profit. What good is the best physician when there is no access?
Dr. Loudermilk is a very special doctor because he cares. I am not the patient but he has taken very good care of my sister. She has seen him for a very long time and I know how much his concern is for her. She thinks of him as though he was family and in a manner of speaking, he is just that. I and she highly recommends. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ in my book.

Unproductive I was a patient of Dr Laudermilk for a year I explained numerous times about lower back pain and bilateral hip pain which radiated through my legs and limping. The Dr stated he was doing everything possible and I should not be having any pain. I requested an epidural due to the pain. Which was a series of 3. Prior to my last treatment which I came in with crutches he never inquiredid why.He stated that it would be the last treatment. Two weeks later 1st of 2 hip replacements.
