My wife actually picked this new dentist for us. In less than a year we spent alot of out of pocket money here and had to force them twice to audit our account for over charges and both times we received credits on our account. Staff is VERY friendly but check your statements and make sure if they are a provider on your insurance that they are charging you what they are supposed to be according to your plan. It was very difficult keeping our account straight. We will not be using them in the future.
My family has been in the care of Dr. Dahlen and his professional staff for about a decade. They are very knowledgable, kind, and helpful. They are really great at following up. The office is bright and is very welcoming. Even our children enjoy their visits. I highly recommend Dr. Dahlen and his amazing staff!
My family and I have been going to Dr. Dahlen's office for over 5 years now. Dr. Dahlen and his staff are very friendly and patient. I really like the fact he is gentle with my children and asks them question about themselves. Which helps them feel more at ease.

Before my appointment with Dr. Eric, I had many fears and concerns. After entering the office and being escorted to my chair to meet Dr. Eric, I explained my fears to him and he listened to me intently, and assured me that I was comfortable before beginning the procedure. I knew I was in good hands. During the procedure, I felt safe because the doctor made it a lot less scary. I was comfortable to ask questions and voice my concerns before, during, and after the surgery. Thank you Dr. Eric!
