DISAPPOINTED! I hate to write this because I have been going to this dentist since 2023 and had no issues until my last visit on 11/24/2025. That visit was extremely frustrating. First, I did not see my normal dentist that day as she was busy during my appointment, which I thought was odd but whatever. Second, most importantly, I was given a set of X-rays that I did not know I was receiving. My insurance covers annual X-rays that I received from this dentist office with no issues in 2023 and 2024. Excellent care! Deep cleaning and recent tooth extraction. No pain! No problems after extraction. Deep cleaning healed my gums and whitened my teeth! Dr. Jasmine Lopez and entire staff excellent and professional! I look forward to going to the dentist!
I have never felt more comfortable and respected than I did getting my extraction, and I am rarely comfortable. It was hard and the tooth didnt wanna cooperate, but Dr. Lopez and her assistant, Brooke, made sure I was alright the entire time. Next to no pain at all despite what might have been over an hour long process. Very kind, sweet people here who dont mind explaining things. Would recommend to anyone.
This is, by far, the best group of people in a dental practice that I have ever met! From the receptionist to the hygienist to the Dr who treated me, these people are top notch and really put their patient first! I was a nervous wreck going into my appointment but everyone there reassured me that everything would go smoothly. And it did! I could not have asked for a better experience at the dentist (& I usually despise going). I felt welcomed from the second I entered Eric's office. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely kind and made sure I felt supported the entire journey. I had to get 4 fillings, and usually I am so scared, but Eric's calm demeanor and checking in made me feel safe and comfortable.
