I waited until I had several visits to write this. I have never met such a full staff of friendly, empathetic, and caring people in one office as I have with this office. My experience is with Dr Lopez, her helpers, and reception. It's clean, up to date technology (In my opinion), and efficiency is top notch. Special note about Dr Lopez, she is phenomenal with a needle to numb with. She's so careful to do it gently and carefully which is so important to me. Extremely friendly, efficient operation with what I found to be professionals who care about their patients! Went in for a check up as a new patient. They found a problem underneath an old filling that was giving me a sensation, but not pain at this point… When they went in, they were right, they did the repair and sent me on my way happily! U guys are a great team for sure but my last experience on the 4th got me a little heated I called in 2 wks before my apt n lady told me 170 for my cleaning so I get there n Jenn proceeded to tell me I need some deep cleaning done n itd be 260 so I told her we'll idk what u want me to do cuz I only had the money I was told so I got up n left n jasmine came out n talked to me n calmed me down n my buddy cash apped me the other 90 to pay for it I like jasmine shes done a ton on work filled 9 n pulled 4 n didnt want to see me w... read more

DISAPPOINTED! I hate to write this because I have been going to this dentist since 2023 and had no issues until my last visit on 11/24/2025. That visit was extremely frustrating. First, I did not see my normal dentist that day as she was busy during my appointment, which I thought was odd but whatever. Second, most importantly, I was given a set of X-rays that I did not know I was receiving. My insurance covers annual X-rays that I received from this dentist office with no issues in 2023 and 2024. I have never felt more comfortable and respected than I did getting my extraction, and I am rarely comfortable. It was hard and the tooth didnt wanna cooperate, but Dr. Lopez and her assistant, Brooke, made sure I was alright the entire time. Next to no pain at all despite what might have been over an hour long process. Very kind, sweet people here who dont mind explaining things. Would recommend to anyone.
