U guys are a great team for sure but my last experience on the 4th got me a little heated I called in 2 wks before my apt n lady told me 170 for my cleaning so I get there n Jenn proceeded to tell me I need some deep cleaning done n itd be 260 so I told her we'll idk what u want me to do cuz I only had the money I was told so I got up n left n jasmine came out n talked to me n calmed me down n my buddy cash apped me the other 90 to pay for it I like jasmine shes done a ton on work filled 9 n pulled 4 n didnt want to see me w... read more
I have never felt more comfortable and respected than I did getting my extraction, and I am rarely comfortable. It was hard and the tooth didnt wanna cooperate, but Dr. Lopez and her assistant, Brooke, made sure I was alright the entire time. Next to no pain at all despite what might have been over an hour long process. Very kind, sweet people here who dont mind explaining things. Would recommend to anyone.
This is, by far, the best group of people in a dental practice that I have ever met! From the receptionist to the hygienist to the Dr who treated me, these people are top notch and really put their patient first! I was a nervous wreck going into my appointment but everyone there reassured me that everything would go smoothly. And it did! I could not have asked for a better experience at the dentist (& I usually despise going). I felt welcomed from the second I entered Eric's office. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely kind and made sure I felt supported the entire journey. I had to get 4 fillings, and usually I am so scared, but Eric's calm demeanor and checking in made me feel safe and comfortable. The staff are so kind and polite. Dr Lopez is awesome. She explains everything and is so gentle with the local. What a great practice!
