I had a terrible experience with this Physician. He did not assess me, but added that he did on my progress notes. I came in for pain that I'm experiencing due to an accidental head bump that radiated down to my head, neck and middle of my back. This recently happened and he said it was chronic. I came in to speak with him and he refused to sending the manager and the Director of Operations. It was also added that I smoke Tobacco products when I never have a day of my life. He works at Advent Health.
The answering lady was very kind, pleasant, informative, and detailed. Dr. Eric M Williams does not have his own Primary Care office. He is working between this office for auto accidents therapy and Urgent Care office for Avant. Best wishes to all in 2023
