The staff out front are very professional and nice. Dr Lo has very poor bedside manner. He doesn’t stand behind his work either. I bought very expensive glasses (progressives) but after trying them for an extended period of time, I couldn’t read with them. He told me I chose the wrong frames, blaming me instead of trying to correct the situation. He was aware of the frames I chose. Instead of suggesting another frame that might work better, he chose to blame me and not correct the issue. I cannot recommend him.
I actually can’t believe how terrible the service is here. I came here after moving to hamilton because it was my husbands optometrist. Dr. Eric Lo rushed the eye exam, only showed me like 5 things and was practically running while he was doing it. I told him after the left eye still looked blurry and he didn’t fix it?? Then after they charged me $50 for contacts fitting and when I asked them to print out a contacts prescription (I needed the BC and Dia measurements) and they refused to give it to me
