Dr. Eric Gotlieb is a great endodontist with excellent hand skill. He performed a "Root canal" on my infected back tooth " so gentle and smooth, I did not feel any discomfort at all! He is Absolutely the best in endodontics field. His office staff are warm and friendly. It was a great experience. I will not hesitate to refer him to anyone. Ming Chiou
We had question about my wife referral and expected care. The office staff was extremely rude. They would not answer any questions. They would not talk with our referring dentist. We went to another endodontist. They were polite, reassuring and took great care of us ...very much unlike Dr Gotlieb's staff.

Our office was being asked to recommend medical advice for a pt. we had not seen yet, was not currently in our care and our staff simply suggested the questions to be presented to her DDS which was not conducive to your expectations. At no time was it urgent for our office to speak with her DDS, nor did her DDS call to speak with our DDS. We are glad your wife received excellent care elsewhere and hope she is doing well.
