I am going to Pearle Vision for many years now to Dr. Klamp. Regarding the checkup, everything went well as usual. Doctor is super nice but my daughter wanted to switch to lenses this year so she went in to try but no one said that it is charged. I understand you are spending time with the patient and your time should be valued but you should inform patient before charging them.
