There doesn't seem to be a clear process in place regarding how to receive allergy shots, or protocol if the patient has a reaction to a shot. It's common for a patient to arrive for a scheduled doctor appointment or shot and the staff seems to have no idea they are coming. Dr. Schmidt doesn't really listen to what the patient says.
