Stay away from this office! The staff are not only totally unprofessional they are disrespectful nasty confrontational with pts and family’s the techs who ask about meds never updated my husbands meds thus the doc insisted and thought my husband was taking eliquis a blood thinner when he was NOT. The office from hell. They make appointments with no regard for time. We’ve waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen. If you approach the desk, they’ll reschedule you. You’ll NEVER see Dr. Heller after your first appointment. My husband had a follow up today with a PA. They were supposed to go over an echocardiogram he had a month ago done in his office. . She couldn’t find the results and told him to check his records at home. She said she’d look for the results and call him at a specific time. NEVER heard from her. This office is run... read more
The doctor is great no complaints, but his nurse is terrible rude, constantly unhappy makes you feel so unwelcome. If you don’t have health anxiety with the way she treats you you will have it. On top of that you will sit in the office for hours waiting for your appointment I will not be going back.
Extremely thorough, patient, caring and very educated in the best schools. He’s also an interventionist. You may have a wait since he spends time with all his patient's.
