I was very pleased that I was referred to Dr. Goldsmith. Everyone, from the front desk ladies to the nurses Ingrid, Claudia and Judith they all treat me with kindness and superior care. I had the best experience and Dr. Goldsmith was amazing. I was a little scare during the procedure of the removal of an infected cyst but his professionalism and kindness was above and beyond. A special thanks to Ingrid, she is the most amazing nurse. She make me feel like family.I highly recommend Dr. Goldsmith
I was referred to Dr. Goldsmith as an emergency surgery in Cape Coral Hospital and I couldn't be happier. Not only did he save my life. His office is very clean everyone seems friendly and very competent. The receptionists could seem a little bit more enthusiastic but are easy to deal with.. Nurse Pat is wonderful . being new to and ostomy I had lots of questions and of course lots of problems starting out. And she returned every one of my calls promptly. I would highly recommend dr. Goldsmith
My experience with Dr. Goldsmith was great. Dealing with the office management is a completely different story. Patty (in my opinion) is incompetent. Without going into boring detail, I will simply say that it was unpleasant, lacked professionalism and required me to be extremely proactive just to get anything accomplished. Lack of integrity and follow through was a huge issue. Communication between this office and any other referred facility was a joke. I am now seeking a new surgeon.
