All staff were very nice and easy to get in touch with. Anna helped me tremendously! I had a really nice experience at the office and Dr Ciliberti was a pleasure!
Staff not at all accommodating ignore you give you attitude when you question them waiting 2 hours after being told we will get you in once we verify secondary insurance even though it’s the same as they accepted last visit very rude
The receptionist I dealt with is horrible! I went for a visit and she kept telling the cost of the visit. She gave me a form to fill out because it was my 1st visit there and before I could take a seat to write my name she called me back and told me I had to pay $250. When I had initially went there to make the appointment this lady kept telling me that my insurance wouldn’t work granted we had already came to the agreement that I would have to pay out of pocket because I am out of state. I scheduled a visit with Dr. Ciliberti due to some pain I was having in my left eye and headaches. Without going into a long post, I would not suggest this doctor. He is very condescending with a God complex. He made me feel like my issue was not important and a total waste of his time.
As hard to deal with as he is on the eyes. He may waste your time by saying he urgently want to see you but doing absolutely nothing for you but be condescending and mock you. I wonder if he has a soul..
