Dr Lonseth is incredibly talented. He is the second spine specialist I went to. WOW was I shocked at how incredibly different their facilities were. Dr Lonseth has up to date, high tech equipment that actually works (unlike some of his competitors). He is mindful and gentle when putting needles in your back. He genuinely cares about you as a patient. He takes his time to make sure you get the care you need. He is an outstanding physician. Finally a pain doctor that treats you w respect. Very knowledgeable doctors and nurses. I’ve been to several and never walked out feeling good and hopeful about treatment as I did with this one.
The services I was provided by Dr Lonseth at Advance Surgical Center left me dissatisfied. I experienced several issues that have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I am in more pain NOW than went I had the procedure. First, I had to wait four hours in an extremely cold lobby before being prepped for procedure. Secondly, I was seen by an Anesthesiologist who assured me I would receive a sedative for the procedure. I received absolutely NOTHING.Never administered anything to sedate me. Such professional, courteous, and helpful staff. I honestly feel that I was given such great bedside manner. Would recommend to everyone. My doctor was so sweet and caring also. He spent a good amount of time examining me, answering my questions, and making sure to address all my concerns. Thank you all so much again
