Amy, Dr. Bonenberger's admin, because of her horrible attitude and laziness, made me select a new surgeon which is a travesty because Dr. Bonenberger is a great surgeon. I couldn't put up with Amy's lack of giving a shit so had to go elsewhere. She requested paperwork redundantly and had my Primary Care Dr running in circles. In a lot of pain and need surgery, but her incompetence kept pushing any possible date for surgery further right! Maybe she should need a shoulder replacement and get blown off.
