He literally said I'm going to die and that I've outlived my life expectancy and what am I bothering with medicine for anymore anyway
Dr Pressman looked in on my husband while he was in the hospital. He was direct and to the point. I found that refreshing. Dr Pressman will continue to see my husband in the office, and feel confident in his care.
Perhaps the worst bedside manner I’ve ever encountered. His ego enters the room before him. Talks painfully loud and never looks at you. Bangs away on the keyboard while failing to communicate effectively. Terrible experience. Immediately looked for a new doctor.
The office staff at CCE is lacking in knowledge, compassion, willingness to help, and perhaps ability to do their job. If you want records sent or requested, billing without errors, or to receive test results, do not go here. It takes several weeks to get test results. Most recently, the nurse finally called and was very rude. I said I was having trouble hearing her. Her reply was “What do you want me to do?” Seriously?!? He is direct and straight to the point. No games! This is a quality I have gone out of my way for and will continue to.
Arrogant, disparaging and condescending. Questions you like you were a a 3 year old toddler caught in the cookie jar. When a patient indicates that they have been treated by other out of area cardiologists, his disposition transforms and he becomes quite agitated. From there the appointment goes downhill. Phone in requests are always on the diner bell time with their answering system and ones' requests seem to get lost in the phone lines too often. Constant EKG's and always pushing stress testing. Always thorough, he asks questions and also gives answers you can understand!
Arrogant, gave me misinformation regarding medication. After conflict regarding keeping me waiting an hour, he did not return phone calls re: medication. Will not be seeing him again
