Dr Bensen and his entire staff from front desk, Julia, to hygenist, Kathy, to his assistant, Jill, efficiently provide excellent patient care and comfort. I highly recommend them.
I was very happy with my treatment and the manner it was administered.
From the moment I walked into the office I knew this was going to be a good experience. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I first met with Jill and Dr. Benson. They explained everything as they went along with the exam. I then met with my hygienist, Christine. She was great. She showed me the bad places on the X-rays and then proceeded to give me the best cleaning I've ever had. Kudos to everyone in this practice.
I thank Dr. Willis and his proficient assistant for a beautiful cap. Since it was the front tooth that was caped, my wife wondered why I didn't get a gold cap like the Bolivianos usually want if they can pay for it. We are planning on visiting Bolivia this Spring, but I did not want to "follow that trend." As always, Doc, you are the best!
Everyone friendly and expertise outstanding.
I continue to very pleased with Dr Benson and his staff. A particular shout out to dental hygienist Kathy who does a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth. Anyone looking for a dentist would be well served by becoming a patient of the Willis-Benson dental practice.
although it took over two hours in the chair for the work I had done, it was painless and the work done was top notch. Thanks!
The staff was very friendly and helpful, fitting me in for an emergency appointment. Jill took xrays and she and Dr. Benson diagnosed me and referred me to an endodontist. It was a very good experience. And I was a brand new patient.
If you have fear of going to the dentist be assured that Dr. Willis is the most gentle and understanding dentist around! I have been a patient of his since I was 13 years old. I had an insane fear of the dentist since I was a 3 year old child (probably being strapped down to the chair and gased!) I was so clastrophobic and after that experience I didn't even like the word "appointment"...as a child I related it to the dentist.
