I've never been to his establishment but I give him 5 stars because his name means an old ugly woman
Dr. Crone did my surgery for my ankle and leg back in 2001 and I still go to him for all my follow ups. Always professional, knows my chart before he walks into the room. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. I went back to his office for my follow up surgery in 2014.
Mr Crone didn't turn up for my appointment at 9am. I waited until 9.45am and then left after the reception manager said that she didn't know where he was. Unacceptable service.
