The doctors are excellent here and the nurses and lab are very friendly and helpful. The staff in front are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Thank you 🙏 so much again doctors and staff for excellent service

Avoid this office at all costs. Do not send your parents here. Think again if you're considering becoming a patient yourself. Treat their patients like cattle. Zero customer service. Zero empathy for their patients. Office staff is constantly changing. You would think by now they could find competent employees, but they obviously have not. Make patients wait for hours. HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF-I work for a nationwide wheelchair company and my coworker and I have tried 4 times to get medical documents signed since May that need to get signed for a patients much needed wheelchair we have not been able to get ahold of anyone in the office. We call and someone picks up phone then hangs up or we are on hold for 10-15 min at a time not able to leave a voice mail. Couldn't get help with checking if my insurance is active so I can get seen. So im rejected as a patient until i can call . Its the small things that don't take up too much time where staff can help with to make patients feel welcomed instead of telling me to call my insurance myself. It definitely takes longer for me to call in person that it would have for them to type my ins id into the system where it would just show if I was active.
