Front staff has very little patience and will hang up on you for any little thing. If you call back they will keep hanging up on you. Apparently they had me "waiting" and they just hang up. It's not the first time that myself or my family has had trouble with the front desk staff being short or rude. How are we supposed to even see the doctor when the desk staff are imposible to deal with.
Don't even know where to start. I left my previous PCP because Dr. Griego was highly recommended for DM management. After waiting 4 hrs for my scheduled appointment... SCHEDULED appointment, I lasted all about 5 mins with a clinician. Every appt I've had for nearly 2 years have consisted of a 3 to 4 hr wait. Then the most notorious complaint is the fact that they do not send your prescription refills on time. I've had to be constantly calling asking and pleading they send my prescription to the pharmacy. The doctors are excellent here and the nurses and lab are very friendly and helpful. The staff in front are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Thank you 🙏 so much again doctors and staff for excellent service
PESIMO SERVICIO DE LA RECEPCIONISTA!!! Es despota, mal educada y grosera. La semana pasada fui dos veces en busca de la Dra. Avoid this office at all costs. Do not send your parents here. Think again if you're considering becoming a patient yourself. Treat their patients like cattle. Zero customer service. Zero empathy for their patients. Office staff is constantly changing. You would think by now they could find competent employees, but they obviously have not. Make patients wait for hours.
