Will not recommend this pediatric dentistry to anyone. Especially for those who have private insurance. This dentistry is really unprofessional, after initial assessment and issuing the treatment plan, they never reached my insurance company (united healthcare) and asked me to finalize everything with them. After several calls from my insurance company they just become silent. Moreover, the treatment plan was 2x more in overall. Most of the procedures were not required. This dentist office is the absolute WORST pediatric dental office I have ever been to. Their customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. They schedule 30 patients for the same time slot and make you wait countless hours to be seen. It doesn’t matter the time or day, you will have to wait a minimum of an hour and half to be seen.
