I am very disappointed with the way my 75-year-old mother was treated by the front desk staff at Dr. Enrique Valdivia’s office. My mother was already at the office for her appointment when the receptionist refused to let her be seen because of an alleged outstanding balance of $124. My mother has both Medicaid/AHCCCS and another medical insurance plan, so we were surprised that this balance even existed. El doctor Valdivia para mí es muy amable , siempre me tiene muchas preguntas para saber el paso a seguir con mis problemas de estómago . Son muy amables en esa Oficina . Lo recomendaría 100% a algún amigo o familiar .
My 85 year old father was treated horribly by this doctor- seemed put out when he couldn’t remember some of his history and frustrated when he asked questions. This doctor should NOT be treating elderly much less anyone else! If he hates his job that much, he should do something else! I’m a provider as well and treat my patients with the respect and dignity they deserve!
I had my third colonoscopy with Dr V today. As always, the nurses checking me in, preparing me were so professional & helped me relax. Dr Valdevia had a couple of students with him today, again professional and helped me relax. Dr. Valdevia is always thorough, professional and pleasant. Thank you!!!
