It's a shame that Pediatric Neurology Associates is one of the few neurology practices in Tampa, and that Dr. Andrews is the primary neurologist at St Joseph's Children's Hospital and has no real concern for patient care. My daughter has a rare genetic disorder and we are fortunate that she is followed by neurology at Boston Children's Hospital (one of the best children's hospitals in the country), however we live in Tampa. Make sure you everything done during the time of your appointment and make sure that there is no follow-up needed afterwards because you will get lost in the shuffle. If you need to obtain your child’s paperwork or records, good luck. Make sure you leave their office with the paperwork you need in hand-otherwise you will never see it. I was also told to have my child see an allergist (which happened & was cleared) for the problems with focus. The Dr. thought my child didn’t have autism. The office staff sometimes give me heartburn with the lack of follow through, or gaf but Dr Andrews is amazing! Our family is blessed to have her as our specialist.
Please everyone that reads this review.....STAY AWAY FROM this office. I am not the type to leave reviews on Google BUT I feel the need to do so. This medical office is the worse to say the least. This is not a healthcare practice. I took my son to see Dr. Andrews ONCE, she never call me back to give me the results of my son's MRI, after calling many times nd being so worried about my son's results,, I was told by the receptionist to "not worry about my son's findings.
