Unsatisfactory, The office waiting room was unsanitary. My insurance assigned me Dr Agoh, I had an appointment in advance but waited over an hour past and was never called back. Staff seemed unorganized and uncaring. Also noticed nurses going in and out of exam rooms and not changing their gloves. It was observed because the door was left open from the waiting room to exam rooms which made it too easy to overhear Patient information which should be better safeguarded considering current HIPPA rules.
