Drs office staff is very inconsiderate and unprofessional.. They don't answer their phones and when they do they just make you come in and wait 2.1/2_3 hrs before seeing you. It's like they are running a farm. They made my friend leave her home at 11 am pay someone to all the in Elmwood Park for 12.noon then have her wait another two and half hours just to give her a referral and her blood result. Now what caring do tor allow a patient with medical complications with her knees sit so longy.
