Dr. Lat should be ashamed of himself. He is a greedy disgrace. He treated my son in the ER after being brought in by ambulance from school. My insurance paid. The school's insurance paid and yet he still wants another $4000 after receiving $3000. Karma is a you-know-what and so is his billing rep. He should not be allowed in any ER. He takes advantage of families in a crisis situation and had absolutely no compassion. Shame on him.
