I have read many reviews and they mirror my experience. Sorry, but I too have nothing good to share.
Bullied me into signing up for Care Credit for a service I didn't need. Then when I cancelled my appointment, they refused to return the $ to Care Credit. Took a formal complaint to the CA Dental Board to get the loan returned. Took another complaint to get my records. Know your rights as a patient, and don't let them walk all over you!
She has no follow up. I found that instead of trying to save teeth she is more driven to pull teeth and charge more money. I have lost 3 teeth to her. Her temp caps don’t last overnight. Find another doctor on your insurance list.
The Monrovia office is disgusting! I would like my $15 returned. Edward Lambert
