I made an eye appointment with this office in person in January and provided my insurance card information at the time of making the appointment and asked directly if they take my insurance and was assured that they did. They were booked up months in advance, but I went ahead and made the appointment. 5 months later my appointment rolls around and I was contacted 2 days before to ask for my insurance again and I provided. It's been a long time since I've really had a mind blowing experience, but after finding out that I can't get an appointment for an eye exam until August? Well that's just..... Who waits for 2 or 3 months to get an exam? I just wish I hadn't waited so late in the day, or I could have just gone anywhere else, and had it done today. Even if I had to drive to Gallatin, or Lebanon, or even Nashville it's still better than waiting 2 to 3 months. That's just ridiculous.
