Because of a glitch in my insurance, McBride kicked me to the curb; even though I had paid on time and immediately with both rotator cuffs and a neck fusion. It was July and everyone was on vacation. As busy as Dr. Friedman was she got me in as soon as possible and repaired the Sciatic Nerve Pain WITHOUT A FUSION! i crawled into a neat little surgical Hospital and walked out the next day! I'm back at work, working 60 hours a week, trying to get caught up financially and still feeling great!
She was a great doctor for me had a artificial disc at l4l5 was up and walking next day feel great 6 months later would recommend her to anybody with a true spinal injury
Dr. Friedman is a skilled surgeon as well as one of the most caring Physicians that I have ever known. She takes time to evaluate the patient and makes decisions based on the best possible outcome for the long term. I really can't say enough nice things about her and her staff. I can say that if you are looking for a neurosurgeon that should strongly consider Dr. Emily Friedman.
Dr Friedman fused 2 ruptured disc in my neck twenty some years ago and i have not had any problems with that since. She did a 3 hour surgery on my lower back in march of 2016 with complete success. I am very pleased with her skills and the passion she shows to do the very best for her patients. She is a great surgeon and a great person in my opinion.
She would not treat me unless I wore a stimulator. The stimulator made me sick, increased the pain in my neck, shoulders, arms and hands. No surgeries by her. Since I stopped see her I have has 2 shoulder surgeries, neck surgery and future back surgery this summer. She was not kind to me. She would slam my folder on the counter and raise her voice.
Dr. Emily Friedman is an awesome doctor. She has a great patient - doctor relationship with he patients. She really does care and I would tell the world how good she is.
